NEN has launched the public consultation for Trusted Data Transaction (TDT) Part 3: a
standard for interoperability requirements. This means that Dutch stakeholders can review
the draft and submit comments via NEN Connect until July 20th. This is your opportunity to
assess the proposal and provide feedback.
What does it cover?
The standard forms part of a series of standards supporting compliance with the EU Data
Act. It includes key requirements for interoperable data sharing within data spaces, such as
mandatory descriptions of data products, access and usage conditions, data models, and
APIs. The aim is to facilitate reliable data transactions between participants in data spaces.
Who is it for?
TDT Part 3 is relevant for data providers, data users, and service providers within data
spaces.
