Discover innovations and the status of the latest technologies at the Hannover Messe. This event is from March 31 – April 4, 2025 and is one of the most important international platforms and hot spots for industrial transformations and innovations. With a broad range of topics, it gives you essential insights to the future of industries. This years’ theme is ‘Energizing a sustainable industry’.

Visit the CoE-DSC booth and learn more about Digital Product Passports

The CoE-DSC is a participant of the Hannover Messe. We share the Orange NL-booth with several other Dutch participants and are joining forces with the Dutch ministry of Economic Affairs and Topsector ICT. And of course we are joined by Gaia-X, Catena-X and IDSA.

With the theme of the Hannover Messe in mind, this year the CoE-DSC is focusing on the solutions and opportunities that Digital Product Passports (DPPs) can offer companies. DPPs play an important role in the European efforts to create a more sustainable society, e.g. by contributing to a circular use of raw materials. From 2027, various products in the EU (like batteries, construction materials and textile) are required to have a DPP. This passport contains information about the origin of raw materials and the degree to which materials can be reused in a circular manner.

We hope the see you in Hall 8 to discuss shaping the future with innovative technologies, like data sharing, cloud and – of course – with the developments and implementation of Digital Product Passports!

Federated solutions the only way to digital independence

Strong contributions and a substantive panel discussion characterised the CoE-DSC Strategy Meeting ‘Steering for cloud sovereignty’ on 18 June in The Hague, all grounded in concrete, action-oriented perspectives. Only by connecting public and private parties, and aligning supply and demand, we can achieve federated solutions that give organisations greater control and reduce digital dependence.

Looking Back at a succesfull Gaia-X Tech-X & Hackathon 2026 in Athens

At the Gaia-X Tech-X & Hackathon #9 in Athens, CoE-DSC and TNO played a prominent role in advancing trusted data sharing and interoperability within the European digital ecosystem. A major highlight was the CoE-DSC/TNO team winning the first prize at the hackathon, achieved with an AI-powered solution that enhances trusted collaboration between digital services. The event also showcased important progress in trust and compliance frameworks that support the future development of interoperable European data spaces.
