Digital supply chain collaboration as the key to a competitive Dutch manufacturing industry
The Dutch manufacturing industry is under pressure. Increasing international competition, rising costs, labour shortages and increasingly complex supply chains are calling for new ways of working together. The solution lies in faster, smarter and seamless collaboration. Digitising the supply chain is therefore not an IT choice, but a competitive one.
Initiatives such as the Smart Connected Supplier Network (SCSN) help companies exchange data securely, consistently and efficiently. This reduces errors, shortens lead times and strengthens the competitiveness of the Dutch manufacturing industry. On 1 October, SCSN, Federatie Metaalplaat (FDP), the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), Klikopmorgen.nl and CoE-DSC are organising an event on this topic.
