On Wednesday the 11th of October, the Centre of Excellence for Data Sharing and Cloud (CoE-DSC) together with National Innovation Centre Privacy Enhancing Technologies (NICPET) organises an event about Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs). During this event, we will deep-dive into aspects of applying PETs in data collaborations, beyond technology.

The preliminary agenda is as follows:

  • 14:45 – Presentation “Legal aspects of MPC” by Maxime Hanhart from Pels Rijcken
  • 15:30 – Presentation “Governance Framework for MPC/Federated AI data partnerships” by the project team of the CoE-DSC
  • 16:15 – Closing of the event by Peter Verkoulen and Freek Bomhof
  • 16:30 – Networking

In the first presentation, a recently published whitepaper on the legal acceptability and impact of using PETs in practice will be explained and discussed in detail. In the second presentation, the project team of the CoE-DSC will share insights about the Governance Framework for MPC/Federated AI data partnerships, which has been developed together with participant Linksight.
